ONE MONTH ADVISED IN BETWEEN SESSIONS TO PRACTICE TEACHINGS AND JOURNAL YOUR FINDINGS WHILST IMPROVING YOUR CONNECTION WITH SPIRIT. 

SO A YEAR TO GAIN INITIAL GUIDANCE RECOMMENDED BEFORE CERTIFICATION AWARDED.
