And has a 25 foot space outside door for Wildkatt to park her truck, then you can benefit financially from arranging a bespoke ticketed ‘Audience with Wildkatt’ Workshop

10 am til 4pm (1 hour break for lunch at 1 - 2 pm)

Wildkatt will discuss what you wish to have included 

or has a set program to include

her scan and healing on selected members of the audience in the afternoon, after offering a practical teaching workshop 

of protection, drum journeying to find power animal 

and a soul retrieval

Terms and Conditions 

Host will be responsible for supplying venue, buffet and refreshments, advertising and ticket sales, ticket sales fees, hosting the event and looking after your attendees, so Wildkatt can focus on her Workshop and rest in her van during lunch break. It is permissible to charge for ticket fees if payment going through third party but refreshments should be included in the ticket price. Anyone found to be benefiting further and increasing ticket prices, will risk workshop being cancelled. All Wildkatt Workshops are set at a fair price to be affordable to all. A payment plan for ticket holders to pay £150 over 3 months at £50 per month, so paid in full prior to event date, is encouraged for Host to help sales.

 

Fees and Renumeration - Introductory Special for 2023

A non returnable deposit of £300 is required (daily fee) 4 weeks prior to secure booking

 (with remainder payable in cash on the day)

 

Wildkatt Fees (Introductory Offer for 2023 bookings only then rising to full fee in 2024 ) 

 

Wildkatt introductory Daily fee = £300 / Rising to £350

Plus 25% of Ticket Sales = £37.50 per person / Rising to 50% of Ticket Sales = £75.00 per person

Plus £2 per mile travel allowance from S636NT - or less if in area / reducing to £1 per mile after 25 miles

 (Plus any parking / travelling fees if go through low emission zones = up to £100 for my truck!)

A donation of free meal and refreshments are also welcomed! 

 

The host keeps the remainder to pay for their event expenses..  and retains resulting net profit 

 

Example how to calculate @ 2023 Introductory rate

10 paying attendees (minimum) at £150 per person 

Host is responsible for Ticket sales = 10 x 150 = £1500

Wildkatt daily fee = £300 (non returnable deposit) 

Plus 25% x 10 people = 37.50 x 10 = £375 (cash payable on day) 

Wildkatt fees = 300 + 375 = 675 

Ticket sales £1500 - £675 to Wildkatt = £825 for Host 

 

Additional fee deduction .. Mileage example 20 miles 

= £2 x 20 = £40 / £825 - £40 = £785 for Host 

 

Example deduction 40 miles and Low emission zone £100 fee 

= £2 x 40= £80 + £100 = £180 / £825 - £180 = £645 for Host

BEFORE APPROACHING ANY VENUES

 

The £300/£350  day fee is the non returnable deposit

 and must be paid to secure the event date.

Until paid there is a risk you will lose date selected to 

another host paying the deposit! 

If Wildkatt has to cancel due to circumstances beyond her control,

 then there is no refund but the deposit can be transferred onto another date, or a credit note eg 2 x £150 workshops will be issued.

 

Wildkatt will design her flyer for FREE with date and venue, sending by email for you to print off

You can sell and advertise tickets via Ticketsource or similar platforms, or Wildkatt will set up a link for you to advertise and take the fees herself and pay Host their fees on the day. 

Obviously this means host will have to pay out of pocket for expenses and reimburse themselves from fees paid on the day.

Wildkatt can also create physical tickets for host to sell, which she will post out and invoice for the net fees due to Wildkatt, invoice to be paid before event starts.
